place the pk3 file in your baseq3 folder (you must have sv_pure 0 set for this to work)

Additional info: this skin originaly didnt have a name cos i just couldnt think of one basically the name i used was 
gutboy-pms (original huh?) if you already have that file then i suggest you delete it and replace with this one
also the reason i changed it is because nexus wanted to do a charcter profile and he thought the name was a bit lame
 so he suggested bobby-jo , I liked it and i thought it suited the skin so thats  why the name was changed!
